Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization needs you! Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO), which is aligned under Consumer and Community Banking, provides a wide range of global operational support and services for retail, commercial, treasury, asset wealth management and credit card customers. Under the direction of Group Manager, CTO is committed to a culture based a Great Customer's Experience. This position will support the Intake & Process Area Product under the Product Fulfillment and Archive Services (FAS). Its focus is on delivering an end-to end service providing solutions for the composition, capture, workflow, archiving, retention, and retrieval of documents, checks, and statements; also providing business support services for customers across Consumer & Community Banking by supporting print, credit card production and distribution.

As a member of Product Group and scrum team (s), you will ensure timely delivery of product roadmap content while identifying risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs You will define/refine stories based on requirements gathered from the business to be furthered refined for development. You will attend and actively participate in scrum meetings and remain engaged in scrum development. You will interact with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups and requirements gathering sessions using insight gained to complete business scope documents and define user journeys for individual products. You will also serve as an escalation point for clients.

Job responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for being proactive on projects and engaging team members to ensure timelines reflect Intake and Process My Docs/Capture requirements, to promote conversations and deliverables that impact Intake and Process My Docs/Capture
  • Partner with Area Product Owners and product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog and execution of the product roadmap
  • Define and present strategy for features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in all agile events of the product group as a team member
  • Responsible for completing all deliverables according to aligned sprints and/or schedules
  • Responsible for Client and Operational Readiness as well as Client communication
  • PA role is accountable for timely execution of Production Validations, conducting lessons learned and Business Requirements, generating pertinent process maps/flows as applicable
  • Understand the environment(s) in scope and serve as a Subject Matter Resource
  • Understand client need and client use of the platform and dependencies to Archive and Viewers
  • Conduct elaboration sessions to solicit requirements not detailed in the Client Questionnaire and as needed to refine the requirements and customer ask
  • Writing Epics, Stories, Testing Conditions/ scripts, validation criteria, communication plans and release planning
  • Effectively identify, communicate and escalate risks, blockers, and impacts that could delay the quarterly by quarterly delivery of initiatives
  • Act as voice of the customer and guide product vision
  • Manage existing product features and actively lead the research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap
  • Facilitate and promote customer focused solutions across the organization in direct support of the Product Owner and Area Product Owners
  • Work with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver and align solutions to product vision and roadmap
  • Support feature teams with MVP, testing, user experience testing, product backlog refinement, research and other duties as assigned
  • Identify and partner with business stakeholders to implement changes in operational policies, process flows, procedures, and specialist tools and customer messages
  • Occasional after hours and weekend assignment to connect with other colleagues and resources in support of implementations, production events, or validation post Production

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of Agile Scrum processes, methodologies and tools with direct involvement and contributor within a scrum team environment (story refinement, sprint planning, sprint execution) required
  • Familiar with business requirements management, process mapping and process re-engineering
  • Strong understanding of Operations & Customer Experience matrixs affecting goals
  • Strong understanding of technology implications to business needs & strategies
  • Experience with Business Analysis, Problem Identification & Problem Resolution
  • Experience in process workflow & documentation
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Basic presentation & consensus building skills
  • Strong Teamwork, Customer Engagement Skills
