Are you looking into a career in Physical Therapy and want to gain valuable experience to jump start your future? Are you looking for mentorship with a clinical team with over 15 years of experience?
We are a locally owned outpatient Physical Therapy clinic that focuses on creating the ultimate patient experience. We are growing and always recruiting for a physical therapy aide.
Our aide is a self-motivated, very organized individual pursuing a college degree in a health-related field (Biology, Kinesiology, Psychology etc), preferably applying to a PT/PTA or other health services graduate degree program. Our aide is looking for 0-30 hours per week, and for a minimum one year commitment, and is flexible, adaptable, and able to work variable shifts (7am-1pm) and/or (1pm-7pm) and some Saturdays.
Aide tasks include checking in/out patients, collecting copays, scheduling, faxing, copying, business/marketing tasks, inventory, laundry, clinic cleaning, maintenance of clinical equipment, data entry, and patient escort services. Assisting clinical staff with treatment space and equipment preparation involves direct work with clinicians, and will include assisting of treatments being performed.
Compensation for the aide position starts at $10/hour to start, but will increase with experience, and does include paid time off and retirement benefits.
If you have the ability to be a "rock star" aide, learn your tasks well, and be friendly, professional, and an asset to the clinic, you will receive increased pay, increased responsibility, better tasks, and the ability to use us for references and recommendations.
