Position: Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse

Department: Critical Care & Trauma Surgery

Schedule: Full-Time + Benefits

Location: Boston, MA

Must-Haves:

1. BSN is required

2. RN licensure in Massachusetts

3. 3-5 years related work experience, trauma and/or emergency department experience

Nice-To-Haves:

1. Trauma Registered Nurse Certified (TCRN) or within one year of hire

2. MSN preferred, not required

EDUCATION:

• BSN required. Masters preferred.
• Clinical degree required: RN

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

• RN required. Trauma Registered Nurse Certified (TCRN) or within one year of hire

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years related work experience, trauma and/or emergency department experience
• Performance Improvement experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
