Revenue Operations Associate
Location: Cincinnati, OH - Hybrid
Direct Hire, Part-Time Role
Average Hours: 20/wk
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
The Revenue Operations Associate is an entry-level, hybrid role that combines systems and support needs, and works collaboratively with multiple teams to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) motions. Must be detail-oriented and a effective communication skills are critical to this role, as this person will be following up on leads, discovering new leads, and communicating with prospective customers through chat, email, phone, and video calls. This Associate supports the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams as a part of the Revenue Operations team, and reports to the Revenue Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
Revenue & Sales Operations Administration (50%)
Work with RevOps Team to identify opportunities for lead and sales process improvement
Create reports as needed by the Revenue Operations Manager, VP of Sales, or other leadership based on CRM data
Develop and maintain documentation of revenue operations processes and procedures
Recommend improvements for gathering event-based leads based on input from prospective customers
Assist with data cleanup and ongoing data maintenance
Sales Development (40%)
Learn the sales process and support the Account Executives (AEs) where needed identify and optimize efficiencies
Monitor all unassigned leads for Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) fit and/or engagement activity and assign to AEs as appropriate
Offer a “sales-assist” to all unassigned leads with growth potential
Partner with sales and marketing, to reach out to leads from events, trade shows, and online events and connect them to the appropriate Account Executive
Administrative Support (10%)
Support events, sales, and marketing logistics in-office as needed
