That's right, no weekends or call required! M-F DayShift (7am to 3pm). This is a 5 day a week position.

Job Requirements: Currently holds a valid RN or LPN license in this state.

Responsibilities:

• Performs comprehensive client assessments to plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate resident care goals
• Ensures timely and accurate communication and documentation is submitted to the appropriate payer source for continued authorization.
• Promotion of patient, family and/or significant other in the return to optimal physical and mental health through support and education. Promotes a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to agency policies and procedures. Maintains HIPAA compliance regarding all patient and facility related information.
• Is an advocate for the residents.
• Timely and appropriate reporting of incidents, injuries, infection
• Attends required staff meetings, education modules, and facility in-services as requested. Observes infection control policies and standard precautions.
• All other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
