Southern National Restaurant is seeking determined, positive professional line cooks to join or culinary team. Strong knowledge of cooking fundamentals with great knife skills.The ideal candidate must be able to follow recipes and standards, while maintaining a clean and organized work space, food quality and maintain professionalisim in the kitchen. Line Cooks must have a strong knowledge and understanding of the preparation of hot and cold food items and ability to communicate and expedite food items.
