Industrial Engineer - Cleveland, TN Onsite
The site industrial engineer is responsible for coaching and partnering the Value Stream Manager and Industrial Engineering manager to formalize and develop the loss strategy, draft capital projects, and track key metrics. The role identifies, captures, and highlights data to define areas which require optimization in order to make the process stream to enhance its safety, productivity and efficiency to deliver a quality product. The site industrial engineer ensures the value stream has a clear roadmap for success over time, challenges the standards to deliver increased value and support the cost savings journey for the business unit connect with the Mars Wrigley supply strategy.
What are we looking for?
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply, Business Management or a related technical field
Equivalent Mars experience
Skills/Experience
Ability to hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments.
Ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
Ability to effectively solve complex problems with large amounts of data and sometimes contradictory information
