Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hybrid/Flexible schedule to work remotely in the office and from home)
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishes talent acquisition needs by collaborating with hiring managers
- Creates compelling job descriptions to attract top candidates
- Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants
- Conducts in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Completes employment verifications and provides offer letters
- Tracks the entire recruitment lifecycle through an Applicant Tracking System
- Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of leadership, as well as external candidates
- Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
