The Position

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Management professional to drive the product line roadmap and development plans for the Security Gateway product line, which enables secure communications across network boundaries. The successful candidate will be experienced with the latest technologies utilized in industrial control markets and will have a track record of bringing industry leading products to market. Industrial Cybersecurity experience is required to understand the competitive landscape of the market and develop strategies that align with corporate objectives.

You should have a combination of hands-on leadership experience, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to learn. The position offers a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and rapid growing enterprise and industrial cybersecurity company to protect the world's critical infrastructure.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Define the product release plans and manage the full product life cycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering to build, improve, and transform OPSWAT's Security Gateway product line.
  • Lead product line strategies, roadmaps, and drive new initiatives for next-gen products.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on competitive landscape, value propositions and industry trends for sales teams, partners, and the broader organization.
  • Manage partnerships from technical integration perspective.
  • Support the management of partnerships for joint go to market opportunities.
  • Create content for thought leadership, including white papers, webinars, and presentations.

What We Need from You

  • 7+ years of Software Product Management and/or Business Development experience in Industrial Cybersecurity business.
  • Strong knowledge of technologies and analytic aptitude in understanding industry trends and dynamics in industrial cybersecurity market. Experienced with Data Diode technology and/or security gateways is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to build end-to-end plans and manage execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of security industry and the market is essential; cybersecurity domain experience, including network, endpoint security, information security, malware analysis.
  • Translate customer requirements and market trends into actionable development plans.
