The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Chief of Staff in activities across the Technology Cybersecurity Compliance & Operational Risk Office (TCCORO).

Key activities include:

• Using strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects at the one time

• Exceptional verbal presentation skills with the ability to address audiences of varying size and seniority

• Enhancing the cadence of meetings and reminders, which includes the chairing of cyclical meetings with various levels of seniority within TCCORO and the wider Bank

• Using strong written and verbal communications to clearly define requests and desired outputs

• Assisting with the coordination of centralized activities, such as the aggregation of responses across multiple areas of TCCORO

• Having oversight of the TCCORO calendar to issue forward looking reminders that ensure sufficient time is allocated ahead of key business activities, such as Risk Assessments, Audits, and Regulatory engagements

• Working with the business to enhance TCCORO’s record keeping processes that include file naming and folder naming protocols

• Establishing relationships with TCCORO employees, and beyond, to increase efficiency and responsiveness to requests

• Developing impactful presentations (e.g PowerPoint) to assist in the simplification of messaging and aid in communication

• Supporting the TCCORO business in escalating items to appropriate parties

• Assisting in the maintenance of best-in-class, programs, policies, and practices across TCCORO

• Assisting with requests arising from Audits and/or Regulatory Examination. This may include coordination with internal stakeholders

• Improving current processes to optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity

• Additional duties as assigned
