Strategic Risk Solutions Inc (SRS), a leading insurance company management firm, is growing and looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented junior analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and inputting large data sets, and providing support to make recommendations to help drive business decisions. The Entry Level Analyst will work closely with other members of the consulting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of data sets. The position will be based in our Concord, MA office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and compiling data for feasibility studies and strategic reviews.
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights into client's current coverage programs.
• Creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations for proposed captive structures.
• Collaborating with other teams and departments to understand business needs and goals.
• Supporting senior analysts or managers with their projects and tasks.
• Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or progress towards a degree in a related field, such as business, finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to problem solve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software is a plus
