Job duties will include the following:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Making outbound phone calls
• Scheduling and dispatching technicians in the field
• Preparing work orders

Customer service is a must!

• 2 years experience dispatching is mandatory (preferred service business experience)

Salesforce CRM experience is a bonus!
