We are looking for a remote, freelance copy editor to assist with editing and proofreading a variety of written materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent grammar and punctuation skills, and are able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Edit and proofread a variety of written materials, including but not limited to: website copy, blog posts, product descriptions, email marketing campaigns and other marketing materials

Ensure consistency in tone, voice and style

Check for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling

Provide suggestions for improvement in content and structure

Meet deadlines for multiple projects

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a copy editor or similar role

Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar and punctuation skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
