Insight Global is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their teams in the St. Louis, and Columbia, MO locations. This person will be responsible for assisting customers with issues and questions such as public service loan forgiveness, loan application status, payment return , when tax info will be available, and similar needs. This individual will be responsible for taking 90+ calls a day and asking the appropriate security questions before assisting customers with their issues. Any issues unable to be resolved will be escalated. All information will be entered into their internal system CLX.
