Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Contract Specialist “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Marine Corps in Quantico, Virginia.

Experience Requirements:

• At least five (5) years of experience with DoD Contracting Activities encompassing performance-based, service type contracts.
• At least two (2) years of experience in direct support to DoD (Navy or Marine Corps preferred) program offices or similar organizations.
• Experience with all contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Incentive Fee.
• Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and plans.
• Experience with reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of US government regulations and agency supplements, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Government Property.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients through consistent communication and follow up.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Degree preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, Contracts, Purchasing, Economics, Industrial Management, Marketing, Quantitative Methods, and Organization and Management.
• Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree can substitute this requirement with an additional four (4) years of relevant experience.

Security Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• ACTIVE DoD Top Secret Clearance.
