Job Summary
At Koala Insulation of Grand Rapids, we are looking for a motivated, skilled individual who is eager to develop and apply their skills in ways to make a positive impact to our communities. This position within the company is expected to consistently perform high-quality insulation services in attics and crawlspaces.

Duties/Responsibilities
1. Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensures that rig is safely driven to jobsite locations.
2. Operations: Removes and installs insulation based on specifications of each job. Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam, and batts) and consistently performs quality checks.
3. Technical: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field alongside Crew Leader.
4. Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
5. Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Provides instruction and training to junior team members. Communicates any issues to Crew Leader. Performs other related duties as required.

5+ years sales experience preferred. Track and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure accurate sales projections are reported to management Develop new business
Generate records management services acquisition documents, as required, in support of the records management program. Schedule: Full-Time (35 + hours).
Previous experience not required; in depth training provided from the outset. Medical/dental benefits are available after an introductory period.
