This role will be part of the global workforce management and systems team which is focused on delivering scalable, compliant, and automated solutions for our business needs.
What You’ll Do
  • Work on Time & Attendance system (Kronos/ UKG) updates, performance, maintenance, and upgrades with the applications team
  • Review regional Payroll/ HR/ Operations needs and partner with stakeholders on improvements to automate business processes.
  • Monitor time clocks and their usage; coordinate the installation of time clocks, upgrades with IT Helpdesk, Operations teams. Manage Device groups for regional teams.
  • Work with Systems manager on managing various access groups and permissions assigned to employees. Ensure SOX compliance and controls for various groups for global access.
  • Review common Kronos issues and questions. Provide timely resolution in conjunction with Help Desk/ Answer Bar and escalate as needed.
  • Work closely with Systems Manager/ applications team and end Users on On-going projects and upgrades including new pay rule configurations, scheduling, attendance policies.
  • Perform UAT, create test scenarios for system enhancements/ updates and new system rollouts.
  • Work closely with HR and managers on training needs, enhancement requests, new hire orientation training improvements.
  • Train Payroll/ HR/ Users on the usage of system tools and address common reporting needs and gaps.
  • Review and develop training materials with the training team for new releases/ enhancements
  • Work with HR teams on policy audits, change management for system updates.
  • Experienced with business process reviews, documentation and improvements through automation, system enhancements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3 years+ of Kronos/ UKG systems experience with reporting, configuration, and administration of the system.
  • College degree with BS in computer science or related field is required
  • Advance knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping system and leave administration a plus
  • Hands on experience with SQL queries, SSRS, My SQL, Tableau and other reporting/ integration tools.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills to work with various levels of end users
  • Flexible with global time zones and project timelines.
