Position Summary:

As a Business Analyst - RSUM, you will collaborate with a dynamic team including executive leadership, production teams, and back-office teams to improve business processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, tracking and trending data, identifying opportunities, and communicating insights to the team. This role will have you working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Create and maintain documentation related to new projects or processes
  • Provide analysis, reporting, and decision-making support
  • Identify and source relevant data to produce accurate and effective reports, ensuring the data is suitable for its intended use (e.g., appropriately cleansed, at the right level of granularity, reconciled, and adjusted for any inherent biases)
  • Other ad-hoc projects as requested
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, extract, and analyze data from various sources to generate insights and identify trends that inform business decisions and improve performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to stakeholders
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing business processes, systems, and products

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Advanced skills in Excel including Visual Basic; Tableau experience is mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
  • Effectively manages multiple priorities and meets deadlines autonomously
  • Interested in new insights, improvements, and problem-solving
