We are a well-established Property Management Company that manages desirable multi-family apartment buildings in the Seattle area. Compensation: $40 per door, requirements vary.
We are looking for an applicant with the following abilities and qualifications:
Property management experience - 2 years
Basic understanding of minor maintenance needs.
Exceptional customer service
Computer literacy
Organizational and administrative skills
Management and communication skills
Experience with RealPage/OneSite a plus!
Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred!
