Omega Accounting Solutions is in hyper growth mode and seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will collaborate with our internal accounting team to manage the progress of our business accounting maintenance, projections, and month-end close plans while monitoring for accuracy and efficiency. The Accounting Manager will also assist with any additional requests that may arise. Please note: This position is fully on-site.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage and record financial transactions to the general ledger
  • Manage and record Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Manage, record and process payroll, cash flow, and financing solutions
  • Create and manage financial reporting while offering insight and analysis on business, budget, and projections
  • Manage our internal accounting teams including senior an staff-level team members
  • Responsible for accurate input of data into accounting systems
  • Manage deadlines for compliance and monthly payments
  • Prepare and manage Month End Close process: Bank Reconciliations / Journal Entries
  • Interface with vendors and other internal departments
  • Complete other duties at the discretion of management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business relate major is required
  • Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping/accounting (Full Cycle) work experience required
  • Strong GAAP knowledge required, CPA a plus
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks experience required – QuickBooks certification a plus
  • Proficient with the latest technology; can quickly learn and manage multiple software platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
